School History

Laity View is a full service neighbourhood school.  We offer instruction in both English and French Immersion from Kindergarten to Grade 7.  Laity View has been in operation since 1979 and celebrated its 25th Anniversary in 2004.

From the school property there is a beautiful view of the spacious lands purchased over 100 years ago by John Laity.  Over the years, the Laity Family developed the land for agricultural purposes.  We are fortunate that our school property is surrounded with farmland on one side and Volker Park on the other.
