Thank you for your generous donations to our sport ball drive. The students will thoroughly enjoy using this sports equipment outside at recess and lunch. Wed., Nov. 22: PAC Purdy’s Fundraiser Orders DUE – online
Growing Smiles Holiday Plants PAC Fundraiser PICK UP from 1:00 – 2:30 pm
Thurs., Nov. 23: Grade 6 Immunizations – please ensure you have signed and returned the form
Deadline to order for Dec. 1st Hot Dog Hot Lunch
Fri., Nov. 24: Krispy Kreme donut sales pick up at the front of the school between 8:00 – 9:00 am. PAC will also be serving FREE Starbucks coffee and selling donuts for $15 a box and $2 individually, until sold out.
1:30 – 2:00 pm ‘Tell Your Story Project Showcase’ in the primary classes
Three Way Reporting Conferences, Dec. 7 (early dismissal at 11:30am) and Dec. 8 – You have the option to conference in person or online. Please be sure to sign up for your desired allotted time of either online or in person conferences. This is an important time where your child will be showing their learning for the term and setting goals for term 2. As such, please try to find alternate arrangements for your other children.
Inclement Weather Procedures – The decision to close schools due to weather conditions is ultimately the responsibility of the Superintendent, who must balance the safety of students, staff, and parents with the need to provide learning. The decision is not taken lightly and is the result of a carefully thought-out process that is reviewed after each experience and refined if necessary. The decision to close schools is made by approximately 6:30 a.m. Details are:
