Thank you to the PAC for generously supplying sports equipment to each division. The students will thoroughly enjoy using this sports equipment outside at recess and lunch. PAC Family Glow Dance – Join us for an epic family glow dance party on Thursday, November 28th from 5:30 – 8:00 pm in the Laity View Gym. Deadline to purchase tickets via Munch-a-Lunch is Thurs., Nov. 21st.
Lost and Found – Our Lost and Found is overflowing again. Please come into the school and take a look for items that may belong to your children. We plan to pack everything up at the end of November to donate to charity.
PAC Breakfast with Santa on Sun., December 8th – Tickets go on sale via Much-a-Lunch starting Sun., Nov. 17th at 7pm. There are three sittings to choose from this year for 8:30am, 9:30, and 10:30am.
Three Way Reporting Conferences, Dec. 12 (early dismissal at 11:30am) and Dec. 13 – You have the option to conference in person or online. Please be sure to sign up for your desired allotted time of either online or in person conferences. This is an important time where your child will be showing their learning for the term and setting goals for term 2. As such, please try to find alternate arrangements for your other children.
Christmas Photos with Photo Expressions – There are two opportunities for family portraits before Christmas in the Photo Expressions Port Coquitlam studio in November and December, each of which raises money for our school. When booking your portraits, enter our school name and the school earns $15!
Family Photos – Traditional portraits on white background. You receive a free 8×10 portrait print with any paid order!
Christmas Portrait Event – This year it’s a country chic Christmas theme! There is no free 8×10 portrait with this premium event.

Inclement Weather Procedures – The decision to close schools due to weather conditions is ultimately the responsibility of the Superintendent, who must balance the safety of students, staff, and parents with the need to provide learning. The decision is not taken lightly and is the result of a carefully thought-out process that is reviewed after each experience and refined if necessary. The decision to close schools is made by approximately 6:30 a.m. Details are:
