Where did May go? We have been very busy this month. Our students and staff have been hard at work with their lessons. They’ve also been having a lot of fun with activities and field trips throughout the month. Please review the information below for some details about the upcoming week.

Parent Volunteer Appreciation Tea – Our volunteer appreciation tea is scheduled from 8:30 – 9:30 am on Thursday, June 6th in the Library. This is just a small token of our appreciation to thank those of you for helping to create another successful school year at Laity View. If you have volunteered at Laity View, watch for your invitation to come home. If for some reason your invitation doesn’t make it home, please plan to attend. Please R.S.V.P. by May 31st to the Office at lv_reception@sd42.ca in order to help us know how many treats to order.
Additional Class, Group, and Panorama Photos Available to Order Online – We are delighted to announce that the class, group, and panorama photos for our school have been uploaded online and are ready for viewing and ordering. You can access the photos by visiting the following link shop.photoexpressions.ca and entering our school’s unique access code (LTYVCG24) to gain access to the photo gallery. To ensure prompt delivery, we kindly request that all orders be placed by Sunday, June 9th. Orders placed after this date will require shipping. Photo Expressions is offering two print sizes: 5×7 (priced at $6) and 8×10 (priced at $10). Note: Each student will be provided one free 5×7 copy of their class photo. However, if you wish to order additional copies, this is the perfect opportunity to do so.
