Dear Families,
There are lots of year end class activities happening this week. Please follow classroom information closely the last few days to ensure the remainder of the week goes smoothly for your family!
- As the year draws to a close I would like to thank some amazing staff who will be leaving us for new adventures next year. A BIG thank you to our ….
- Bruce (our amazing Vice Principal) who is moving to Fairview Elementary
- Kenyon (Gr. 4/5) who is moving to Alexander Robinson Elementary
- Moore (Gr.4/5) who is moving to Edith McDermitt
- And our other part time and/or temporary teaching staff….. Ms. Ramos, Mrs. Fleming, Mrs. Birkett, and Santina (our Child Care Worker)
- As a staff we worked extremely hard this year to again create an engaging and positive experience for the students despite the complexities this pandemic has brought. We really wanted the kids’ school experiences to be as normal and fun as possible. We would really appreciate if families could take a couple of minutes to answer this very short survey to provide us some feedback. Thank you!

- Please help us locate and return all HIVE (library) books and any school jerseys that were used at the recent Intermediate Track and Field Days.
- PAC Meridian Meat Gift Card Order Pick Up – Any families who have not yet picked up their Meridian Meat orders can still do so at the office over the next week.
- Lost & Found – We have a large number of lost and found items. If you feel your child(ren) may have left any clothing at the school please feel free to come into the school through the front doors and search through the lost and found tables by the gym. We would love to get some of this clothing back to their homes!
- The last day of school for students this week is Thursday June 23rd with an early dismissal time of 12 noon.
- It’s Official! The Albion Community Centre next door is hosting it’s grand opening on June 22nd between 5:30-8pm.
