Welcome Back

Dear Albion families,

We hope everyone had a fantastic summer and we hope you had the opportunity to spend lots of time together as a family.  The staff at Albion are very excited about beginning the 2023/2024 school year.

Once again as communicated through the Albion 2023/2024 calendar that was sent out in May, the hours of instruction on Tuesday, September 5^th are from 12:30 pm- 2:20 pm.

On Tuesday, returning students in Grade 1-7 are asked to report to their previous classroom’s designated line up places and all new students to Albion in Grades 1-7 are to report to the back of the school by the gymnasium.  After attendance is taken, new students will then be placed in classes of their appropriate grades.  At 2:20 p.m. students will then be dismissed from their line up locations.

As shared in the spring with families, School supplies for the 2023/2024 school year will be all purchased by classroom teachers through bulk ordering.  Families will receive a notice, via the parent portal, over the next few days requesting a payment of $55.00 per child.  If you have any questions or concerns, please ensure you reach out to Mrs. Dailey.

A reminder to all 2023/2024 Kindergarten parents to please sign up through the following link https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30E0E49ADAD2EA1F58-albion1 for a Kindergarten Welcome meeting for either September 5^th or the 6^th.

Students are also asked to please ensure that they have lunch before they arrive for there will not be an afternoon recess break.

A newsletter will be sent home with all students on Tuesday, September 5^th outlining the reminder of that 1st week.
