Weekly Memo November 27- December 1

November 27, 2023 By Tanya Dailey

Come cheer on our boy’s volleyball team as they made it the district finals at Garibaldi Secondary on Wednesday, November 29th.  They are scheduled to play at 3:15pm versus Alouette.  The result of that game will determine their game time for the last game of the season, either 5pm for the bronze game or 5:45 for the gold medal game (times approximate).  Good luck All Stars!

Student Inclusive Conferences are scheduled for December 7th and December 8th.  All classroom teachers now have their conference schedules posted on the Parent Portal.  Please ensure you take the time to sign up.  All questions regarding your child’s progress needs to be directed to your child’s classroom teacher.  Families who are new to the Inclusive Student Conferencing model can learn more about by clicking here.

The Lost and Found is over-flowing.  Please stop on in to see if anything looks familiar.

A reminder to please ensure that your child comes to school dressed for the weather as all students are outside during recess and lunch.  As the mornings dip below freezing, please do ensure that to also remind your child to be careful as the sidewalks and crosswalks can be very slippery.

Missing Scooter
One of our students had their gold-coloured Fuzion scooter taken from the scooter rack.  There is evidence of stickers once being along the long bar and white patches below the handlebars.

If anyone has seen the scooter, please let Mrs. Dailey know.
