To be able to drive for Field Trips at Kanaka Creek Elementary, please remember to do the following:

  1.  Click Here to download/ print off the “volunteer driver” form.
  2. Fill out the “volunteer driver” form.
  3. Click Here to request your driving record from ICBC.
  4. Print out your driving record.
  5. Bring both forms to the office or to your child(ren)’s teacher.

The principal of the school will look at the request and approve/deny the application based on your driving record.  Please contact us for further information.
