Volunteer Drivers

Starting in September 2026 ALL parent drivers MUST also have a vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check. Please see the Parent Portal for instructions and an access code or stop by the front entrance for a copy of a letter that can be taken to the local RCMP.

If you cannot use the online portal, you can request your record through other channels:
- Phone: Call ICBC at
1-800-663-3051(B.C., Canada, and U.S.) or604-661-2800(Lower Mainland).
- In-Person: Visit any ICBC driver licensing office.
- Mail or Fax: Complete and submit the driver’s abstract request form via email (
abstract.requests@icbc.com), fax (250-978-8012), or mail to ICBC Licensing Support Services in Victoria.
