Grade 6 and 7 school immunizations for 2021/2022

Public health will be offering regular Gr. 6 immunizations in the school setting to grades 6 & 7 students.  The immunization date booked for Glenwood is Wednesday, October 27^th. The time of day is yet to be determined, we will confirm the time as soon as it has been updated.

Please note:  The COVID 19 vaccine will not be provided as part of the Grade 6 & 7 immunization program.

Public health will send home paper consent forms with students in the week prior.  Students with signed consents who are absent on immunization day or who refused vaccine the day of the clinic will be contacted by public health after the immunization date and be offered to attend a catch up clinic at the Health Unit.

Public health will connect with the school in the new year to provide a date for a second visit in Spring 2022.
