Dragon Festival of the Arts – May 15 & May 18

The Dragon Festival of the Arts is a celebration of our student’s endeavors in writing, painting, building projects, mask-making, music and much more! Classes will be viewing the Art & Writing Exhibit after lunch on Tuesday, May 15, in the gym. They will also view the Upper Intermediate’s “Ancient Civilizations”, as part of the Festival of the Arts.
Parents are very welcome to view the Arts Exhibit from 2:15 to 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15.
The Dramatic Arts will be showcased at our Talent show on Friday afternoon, May 18, in the gym. Students wanting to perform can sign up in the front hall at noon on Tuesday and Wednesday for auditions that will take place next Monday, May 14, at noon. Students must be prepared with a choreographed routine and appropriate music or props. Each act (song, dance, musical performance, martial arts etc.) must be no longer than two minutes. No more than two performances per class will be selected to participate in the Talent Show. Parents are welcome to attend the talent show on Friday afternoon.
