- Health & Safety Reminder… There still seems to be a few covid cases floating around in the local community right now. To help ensure that our wonderful school remains as healthy as possible I am again asking that all families continue to diligent with their daily health checks to ensure children are feeling well prior to coming to school.
Daily health checks:
Students will continue to be required to complete daily health checks, stay home when feeling sick and practice diligent hand hygiene. Students cannot remain in classrooms if they are not feeling well.
The K to 12 Health Check website and app can help kids and parents decide if their child should attend school based on their symptoms. Encourage parents to bookmark the health check website or download the apps for iPhone/iPad iOS or Android devices
- Thank you to all families that sent their children wearing orange T-shirts this week to visibly support the message that every child matters! It was great to see a sea of orange all around the school.
- Don’t forget that…. this Thursday is the Provincial Truth and Reconciliation Day and Friday October 1st is a District Wide Non-Instructional Day. There is no school for students this Thursday or Friday.
- The Maple Ridge Family Support and Education Center has released their fall program guide and there is a number of great programs for parents and families. The electronic brochure is here for easy reference.

✔️Supporters can purchase coffee online. They can choose to pay to have their coffee shipped directly to them (via Canada Post), or they can opt to have it shipped with the group order to the school, which is free to them.
🟢 Online ordering is open from September 24th to October 8th. Pick up is on Friday, October 15th at the school.
