Please review the school and PAC updates below to help the next weeks go smoothly for your child(ren). This update includes some important PAC information, a reminder that THIS Wednesday May 11th is a Pro-D Day, and there is an opportunity for older students to register for a babysitting course.

  1.  Pizza Day is this Monday May 9th for all students who ordered.
  2. Just a reminder that THIS Wednesday May 11th is a District wide Pro-D so there is no school for students this Wednesday.
  3. PAC ‘RAISE IT ON THE RIVER’ Evening Event May on May 24th!

The PAC is excited for our upcoming first ever Social Event at Kingfishers Waterfront Pub & Grill!  Information cards have been sent home, if you haven’t seen it yet please reach out to the PAC via email.  Tickets go on sale this Monday May 9th, payment will be taken via E-transfer to the PAC at: cusqunelafundraising@gmail.com   – password for the transfer is: pac2021.

Tickets are $60 per person and will be confirmed via email once received & sold on a first come first served basis. This includes your admission to the event, door prize, welcome beverage, food throughout the course of the evening and your gratuity.  (Additional personal beverage tabs for the evening are not included in this cost)

Enjoy a night out with Live Music, Games, Auction, Door Prizes & More!  All proceeds will go directly to our Playground – we are very close and hope this will become a fabulous Christmas present for the kids!

Come down and help us ‘RAISE IT ON THE RIVER’ – We can’t wait to see you there!

  1. PAC Coffee Orders! Please help us in raising funds for our playground with K9 Coffee Co. fundraiser from May 2nd to May 13th. Pick up will be on Friday, May 27th at the school from 1:30 to 3:00pm. To order, please go to the link below and order under fundraising section.

  1.  Spin to Win with Wheelie THIS coming Thursday!

Every Wednesday in May (except this week) after school the PAC will have a prize wheel at the school. It is $2 per spin to win a prize & help raise funds for our Playground!

  1. Please join us for our production of Beauty and the Beast Jr. Ticket forms were sent home with students. If you would like to request tickets please fill out the form and return to the school by May 9th, there will be 200 seats per show. Show dates are May 18th@ 1pm, May 18th @ 6pm, May 19th @ 1pm, May 19th @ 6pm.

Tickets also available at door until sold out.

  1. Red Cross Babysitting Course Offered May 14th  for  ages 11 – 15  Students learn how to care for younger children and how to prevent and respond to emergencies. Each student receives a Babysitter’s manual certificate  $65/student. This course is being offered at Fraserview Village, 22610 116 Ave, Maple Ridge. Pre-registration is required, please register online at 222.firstaidhero.com. If you have any questions please call the First Aid Hero Office 604-880-8017.
