Dear Families,
I just wanted to send out a quick message to welcome everyone back from Spring Break and highlight a couple of PAC items below. Things have started up very smoothly, and all the kids seem settled and excited to get back to learning again!
On the health and safety front, our school community will get some additional clarification about the new provincial mask guidance in the coming days. I would ask that people not worry too much about this new routine. We have already successfully implemented so many health and safety considerations into our school routines that I don’t anticipate this being a big issue. We will take the time to ensure it does not become a worry and continue take good care of your children!
Secondly, a final THANK YOU to all families who helped make the PAC’s virtual auction such a huge success. Our school community raised over $12,500 towards our new playground. A truly incredible amount raised for a school fundraiser. Thank you to all the parents who organized and those who participated. WOW!!!!
PAC Auction & Reserved Parking Prize
As some of you may know, we had a VIP parking spot auctioned off on our Online Auction. Tomorrow, April 1st is the first day for our first winner to use the parking spot.
Please see the attached picture of the parking spot that is now reserved for our VIP parking winners. We please ask that families do not use this reserved parking spot. Each winner has paid to exclusively use this parking spot for a month at a time. We need your help to ensure they are able to use it!
We will have a cone and balloons out tomorrow morning (April 1st) as a visual reminder of the spot. The VIP parking winners each have their own parking pass so we ask that you display it on your dash. There will be a decal posted to help all of us remember that is spot is now reserved for our auction winners. Thank you for your help in making this happen!
Mr. Wheatley
