Dear Families,
Just reminder that the PAC will be selling treats after school TODAY at the front and back of the school. Treat items will range from $1-$3. Please bring small change to help the line move faster.
Secondly, our school’s Lost & Found is still on display beside the gym. There are a number of great clothing items still waiting to be taken home. If your son or daughter is missing any clothing please make a point of stopping by the Lost and Found tables over the next few days.
Other upcoming items to be aware of are:
- Albion Community Center’s One Year Anniversary Celebration is on June 29th and the flyer is attached. There are some great activities for the kids including a 3 on 3 ball hockey tournament.The ACC has ordered fencing for the games to take place in their parking lot. The tournament is open to all intermediate students in grades 4-7 to enter a team of 3 or 4 players. The games will run between 12:30 -4:00pm depending on how many teams enter. Sign up with Mrs. Windblad by Monday June 26th end of the school day. Please email chelsea_windblad@sd42.ca with any questions.
- As a staff we worked extremely hard again this year to try and create an engaging and positive experience for the kids. 3.To help Mrs. Smith in the HIVE stay organized please return any student library books to the HIVE this week as well. Thank you!!!
- The last day for students next week is Thursday June 29th and dismissal for this final day is 12 noon. Classroom teachers will sending home third term report cards late next week as well.
