Thank you to the many families that helped Katie’s Place Animal Shelter last week. The response was amazing!!!

This week we have the PAC’s “Kona Ice” special event Thursday after school and information about the PAC’s May treat day.

I also wanted to let families know that I have made the difficult decision to retire at the end of this school year. Opening our school has been such a privilege and a true labour of love. Being the first Principal of c’usqunela is an experience I will truly cherish.

The staff at c’usqunela are the very best group of educators I have ever worked with so I know that your child(ren) will be in good hands for many years to come! Thanks to everyone who continues to make this school such a great place for kids. I will certainly be coming back to visit and look forward to seeing our new playground and house pole installed at the school in the coming months!

  1. Kona Ice is coming to c’usqunela this Thursday after school between 2:15pm-3:30pm.

The PAC has arranged for there to be 3 ways of pay:

  • Munchalunch website – students will need to come to our volunteer table after school. (located outside the Kona ice truck) where they will tell us their name and their division number, we will then provide them with a ticket and they can proceed to the Kona ice truck. (ordering closed Sunday, April 23 at 9PM)
  • Cash payment. (exact cash will be helpful.) Our volunteer table located outside the Kona ice truck will be accepting cash payments, then we give you a ticket to take to the Kona ice truck window.
  • Debit / credit will be accepted only at the Kona ice truck window.

This event will take place after school. We will have plenty of volunteers to help the process go as quickly and efficiently as possible but please anticipate lineups and have patience.

  1. Our next PAC treat day will be Frostings CupCakery on May 9th with individual boxed gourmet cupcakes.

Ordering will open on April 25th and close on May 2 at 9 PM
