Dear Families,
I hope that all families were able to have a restful and fun Spring Break. We have had a very smooth first week back and are looking forward to great third term! With the covid regulations beginning to lessen for schools we are very excited to begin planning even more normalized classroom and school events!
Additional updates to help stay organized for next week are:
- Our April PAC Meeting is next Thursday! We are excited to welcome parents into the building for the first in person PAC meeting in two years! All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend. The meeting will be held on Thursday, April 7th, 7pm at the school.
A friendly reminder to please refrain from parking in the VIP parking spot unless you are the winner of the monthly draw. The parking draw brings in funding that helps support the school and students, so it’s important that we can continue with this fundraiser. Thank you for your understanding
- The PAC AUCTION Goes Live Monday!!! Only 3 days until the second annual online auction starts! Make your account on 32auctions.com so you are ready to bid on April 4th! There is an amazing assortment of items to be bid on to help raise funds for our playground. Big thank you to everyone who donated.
Your ongoing support is much appreciated.

- Our school is still waiting for delivery of our allotment of the free COVID-19 rapid antigen tests kits for home use. We have been assured that they will still be delivered and as soon as c’usqunela has received all the test kits I will send out a follow up message with a plan to have them distributed. While the test kits are approved by Health Canada, a bulletin from Health Canada advises that rapid antigen test kits and solutions should be kept out of the reach of children and pets. FREE test kits can now also be collected by adults from local pharmacies. https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/covid-19/info/testing
