Dear Families,

Please see below for information about our school’s fundraiser to help Katie’s Place Animal Shelter, our Rainbow Theme Day on Friday, and the PAC’s “Kona Ice” special event scheduled for next week.

Just a reminder that tomorrow is the last day to send in any donations to support Katie’s Place Animal Shelter. Katie’s Place is a volunteer run non profit animal shelter that focuses on helping cats and is just minutes from the school. Please note that cash donations are preferred to allow for maximum flexibility and any donated items must new, or near new, for the student leaders to collect and deliver.
Our Fun Theme Day for April is Rainbow Day this Friday April 21^st. We are inviting students and staff to wear their craziest, most colourful clothing, and wear as many colours of the rainbow as they can!
Kona Ice is coming to c’usqunela after school on April 27th 2:15pm-3:30pm.

The PAC has arranged for there to be 3 ways of pay:

Munchalunch website – students will need to come to our volunteer table after school. (located outside the Kona ice truck) where they will tell us their name and their division number, we will then provide them with a ticket and they can proceed to the Kona ice truck.
Cash payment. (exact cash will be helpful.) Our volunteer table located outside the Kona ice truck will be accepting cash payments, then we give you a ticket to take to the Kona ice truck window.
Debit / credit will be accepted only at the Kona ice truck window.

This event will take place after school. We will have plenty of volunteers to help the process go as quickly and efficiently as possible but please anticipate lineups and have patience.

April showers bring May flowers!

Get ready for Mother’s Day with beautiful flowers and baskets from Growing Smiles while helping raise money for the PAC to support fun initiatives for the kids! Orders close April 20th, pick up at the school May 5th.
