Dear Families,
Hopefully all families got to have a fun and healthy long weekend! Just a couple of updates this week to help your family stay organized.
- Just a reminder that tomorrow is the last day to place orders for the upcoming Subway Student Day on April 27th. The munchalunch ordering is open until the April 20th at 9pm. Please order early as we are unable to accept late orders.
- Attached is the Spring/Summer Program Guide from the family Education and Support Center. They have a number of great informational programs to assist parents!
- Our school still has some additional free COVID-19 rapid antigen tests kits for home use. If a family requires another at a later date please let us know and we will be happy to provide while supplies last. FREE test kits can now also be collected by adults from local pharmacies. https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/covid-19/info/testing
- PAC Nomination Reminder
The PAC AGM will be held on Thursday, May 5th, 7pm by Zoom (link to follow). Each PAC executive position is up for re-election annually. You may nominate yourself or someone else by emailing your/their name, email address and position you are nominating yourself/them for to the nominating committee (Chris Schultz-Lorentzen and Tania Sargent) at Cepnomcomm@gmail.com with the subject line CQE AGM nominations.
The nominating committee will then confirm by email that the nominee is willing to stand for nomination, and elections will be held at the AGM. Nominations will also be taken from the floor at the AGM. Executive positions up for nominations are:

Treasurer
Secretary
DPAC Representative
Communications Coordinator
Fundraising Coordinator
Sunshine Coordinator
Hot Lunch Coordinator
