There is also information below about the PAC’s first movie night next Thursday (Toy Story 4) and a rare Math Parent Information opportunity.

- Sd 42’s Winter Weather & School Closure Process – If a decision to close schools due to accumulating snowfall is necessary then this information will be available to families by 6:15am. This student safety decision is not taken lightly and is the result of a carefully thought out process. Any decision to close schools is made by6:15 a.m.and details are:

2. c’usqunela PAC is excited to be hosting our first family movie night on Thursday January 23rd!!!
- Admission is free!
- We will be having concession, pizza by the slice ($4/double slice) and some extra goodies for purchase.
- Bring your pillows, blankets, and come in your PJ’s if you like!!!!
- We will be showing Toy Story 4. Doors at 6pm, movie starts at 6:30.
- This event is for C’usqunela families; all students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
- FREE Math Workshop Opportunity for Parents! – Nikki Lineham, a well known Math Specialist, is offering a FREE math workshop for parents at THSS on January 28th between 6:30-8pm. She has a wide range of strategies and suggestions to help parents support their children in math. Further information can be found at SD42.ca under the parent tab. Open up the BC Curriculum link and go straight to the bottom under “Helpful math tips for parents.” There is an introduction video there and registration information. This event will sell out so please register early if you plan on attending.
