Volunteers
Volunteer involvement is guided by board Policy 10310 – Volunteers and Procedure 10310.10 – Volunteers.

Volunteer Drivers
Curricular and extra-curricular transportation of students by volunteer drivers is guided by board Procedure 103410.10.

If you are driving for a field trip, the two forms above are required to be completed and submitted to the office prior to the day of the field trip.
In addition to the Volunteer Application and the Volunteer Driver Application, we require the following items:
- ICBC Driving Record
To obtain your ICBC driving record/abstract online, go to https://onlinebusiness.icbc.com/clio/
Please be sure to select “Personal Driving Record” also known as the Driver’s Abstract.
- Proof of vehicle insurance (these are the insurance documents typically found in your vehicle’s glove box)
- BC driver’s license (this can be brought in to the office and shown to office staff)
