September 17, 2020: Hold and Secure LIFTED

UPDATE 3:18 pm: The Hold and Secure at Eric Langton Elementary has now been lifted. Thank you for your patience.

 

2:49 pm: Ridge Meadows RCMP advise that parents attempting to pickup students at Eric Langton and St. Patricks please muster at 122nd and 220th St. Police need people out of the area to continue their investigation. Please note Police Dog Services is in the areas surrounding the school.

2:16 pm: The Ridge Meadows RCMP have downgraded the lockdown to a hold and secure.

2:11 pm: The Ridge Meadows RCMP have requested that Eric Langton be placed on lockdown as a precautionary measure. Lockdowns are used to isolate students and staff from a danger outside of the building.
