School closed tomorrow, Tuesday, February 28, 2023

The contract plumbers worked into the evening and identified a sewage block as the source of the issue but will unfortunately not be able to resolve the blockage in time for school to open tomorrow. Because we cannot operate without functioning restroom facilities, Whonnock Elementary will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, February 28, 2023.

I sincerely apologize for the disruption and inconvenience this unexpected closure is likely to cause and thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

The plumbing work will resume tomorrow, and I will provide you with an update as soon as one is available.
