Dear Parents/Guardians,

For the 2023/2024 school year at Webster’s Corners, supplies  will be purchased by classroom teachers prior to September 2023 for all students.  Parents are asked to pay $55.00 per student, in order to pay for the cost of supplies which will then be used throughout the school year. The practice of purchasing supplies for all students by their classroom teacher, ahead of time, alleviates the issue of students having vastly different types of supplies, or perhaps running out of supplies, part-way through the school year.  You can pay by logging onto the parent portal to pay online. Thank you in advance.

Our goal is to have the supply fee payments made by the end of this summer, so that when teachers buy the supplies during the summer, we can recoup the costs that teachers pay out of pocket as soon as possible.  On average, it will cost between $1100-1400 (depending on class size) to buy supplies for an entire class, so the timely reimbursement of that money is much appreciated.  If at all possible, we’d appreciate it if you could choose the pay online option on the parent portal rather than the “cash” one.
