Dear Yennadon Families,<\/span><\/p>\n

How is it already halfway through June?\u00a0 Our classes continue to explore all types of different lessons, activities, presentations, and field trips.\u00a0 Good luck to all of our athletes representing Yennadon at the district intermediate track and field events this week.\u00a0 Please review the information below for some details about the upcoming week.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Yennadon Library Closes, Mon., June 12 <\/strong>\u2013 Please take a good look\u00a0under and behind\u00a0the beds and the couches, between the cushions, and especially\u00a0on your bookshelves\u00a0to see if there are\u00a0any Yennadon\u00a0materials in your home. All books must be returned by\u00a0Monday, June 12th\u00a0<\/sup><\/strong>so Mrs. White can begin our library\u2019s inventory.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Hot Dogs and TCBY Hot Lunch, Mon., June 12 <\/strong>\u2013 Thank you to our PAC for organizing and offering hot lunches.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Volunteer Appreciation Tea, Tues., June 13 from 8:30 to 9:30 am<\/strong> \u2013 Thank you to the parents\/volunteers who have replied. We look forward to thanking all of you on Tuesday!<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Grade 4 & 5 Track and Field Meet at MRSS, Wed., June 14<\/strong> \u2013 Good luck to all of our athletes!<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Deadline to Order Pizza Hot Lunch (for June 23rd<\/sup>), Wed., June 14<\/strong> \u2013 A reminder that hot lunch meals must be pre-ordered online at<\/span> Munch-a-Lunch<\/a>.<\/li>\n

  7. Yennadon\u2019s Got Talent from 10:45 to 11:50 am<\/strong> \u2013 Odd numbered divisions to watch.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Yennadon\u2019s Got Talent from 12:45 to 1:45 pm<\/strong> \u2013 Even numbered divisions to watch.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Lost and Found <\/strong>\u2013 Our Lost and Found is overflowing. We will display items in the main school hallway for the next two weeks.\u00a0 Please encourage your children to take a look for items that may belong to them.\u00a0 We plan to pack up everything at the end of the day on Friday, June 23rd<\/sup> to donate to charity.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Creative Pack Student Supply Kits<\/strong> are available on the parent portal and the school website. All orders are completed online at<\/span>\u00a0https:\/\/creativepacks.ca\/collections\/packs\/yennadon-elementary-school+<\/strong><\/a> .\u00a0 Packs ordered by July 3rd<\/sup> receive free shipping to the school and will be distributed when we return to school in September.\u00a0 Packs ordered after July 3rd<\/sup> will include a shipping fee and will be shipped to your home.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
