  1. PAC Meeting, Tues., Apr. 18 at 7:00 pm<\/strong> \u2013 A reminder of the upcoming general PAC meeting at 7pm in the main school library.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Registration for Summer Learning, Tues., Apr. 18<\/strong> \u2013 Parents can register for elementary and\/or secondary summer learning through the parent portal between noon April 18th<\/sup> and 3pm on May 9th<\/sup>.   3. Spirit Day: Wild and Wonderful Hair Day, Wed., Apr. 19<\/strong> \u2013 The Leadership Team invites you to participate in this spirit day.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Subway Hot Lunch, Wed., Apr. 19 <\/strong>\u2013 Thank you to our PAC for organizing and offering hot lunches.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Earth Day, Sat.<\/strong>, Apr. 22 \u2013 We encourage your family to participate in an initiative to reduce your electricity, emissions, and waste footprint.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Kindergarten to Grade 7 Hip Hop Dance Program<\/strong> \u2013 We are excited to offer our students an opportunity to participate in a schoolwide Hip Hop Dance Program which runs for two weeks starting April 12th<\/sup>. Please submit payment for the $10 hip hop fee on the parent portal form by April 21st<\/sup><\/strong>.\u00a0 Parents are invited to attend a show to watch their children perform on April 25th<\/sup>. \u00a0More information regarding performance times for each class to follow.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. SD42 2023-2024 Proposed Preliminary Budget<\/strong> \u2013 At the last public meeting, the Maple Ridge \u2013 Pitt Meadows Board of Education received theProposed Preliminary Budget 2023\/24\u00a0<\/em>for information.\u00a0 The board welcomes your feedback on this proposed budget.\u00a0 To provide your input through the online survey, go to<\/span>\u00a0https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/budget-2023-24<\/a>.\u00a0 This survey will be open from\u00a0April 13th<\/sup> until 4pm on\u00a0April 20th<\/sup>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Student Learning Surveys <\/strong>\u2013 This year, parents of Grade 4 and 7 students do not need a logon code to access the online Student Learning Survey. Electronic surveying is available to parents of Grade 4 and 7 students until April 29th<\/sup>.\u00a0 The website to access the electronic survey is:\u00a0<\/span> http:\/\/www.bced.gov.bc.ca\/sat_survey\/access.htm<\/a>.\u00a0 We request you please take 15 minutes of your time to fill this out.\u00a0 The more parents who complete these surveys, the higher quality of feedback we will receive.\u00a0 Your input is appreciated.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
