Thank you for your donations to our Food Bank Drive.\u00a0 November is upon us!\u00a0 This week we will be honouring Remembrance Day with an in-school virtual assembly on Nov. 9th<\/sup>.\u00a0 It is a short week with a professional development day on Nov. 10th<\/sup> and Remembrance Day holiday on Nov. 11th<\/sup>.\u00a0 Daylight savings time occurred on the weekend, so remember to turn your clocks back one hour.\u00a0 Please review the information below for some details about the upcoming week.<\/span><\/p>\n

  2. Remembrance Day Virtual In-School Assembly, Wed., Nov. 9<\/strong> \u2013 As a school we are honouring Remembrance Day in a virtual ceremony.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Deadline to Order Pizza Hot Lunch (for Nov. 18th<\/sup>), Wed., Nov. 9<\/strong> \u2013 A reminder that hot lunch meals must be pre-ordered online at<\/span> Munch-a-Lunch<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  4. Non-Instructional Day, Thurs., Nov. 10<\/strong> \u2013 A reminder there is no school for students on Thursday, November 10th<\/sup> due to a non-instructional day.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Remembrance Day, Fri., Nov. 11<\/strong> \u2013 A reminder school is not in session on Friday, November 11th<\/sup> due to Remembrance Day holiday.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Purdy\u2019s Chocolatier Fundraiser <\/strong>\u2013 The PAC is selling Purdy\u2019s chocolates just in time for the winter holidays.       1. Poinsettias, Wreaths, and Planters <\/strong>Fundraiser <\/strong>\u2013 Grade 6\/7 students are selling poinsettias, wreaths, planters, and greenery as a fundraiser for camp. Three Way Reporting Conferences, Dec. 1 (early dismissal at 11:30am) and Dec. 2<\/strong> \u2013 Our teachers have or will soon put out a sign up for term 1 conferences on the parent portal. You have the option to conference in person or online.\u00a0 Please be sure you sign up during the allotted time if your teacher has asked for online\/in person conferences to be separated.\u00a0 This is an important time where your child will be showing their learning for the term and setting goals for term 2.\u00a0 As such, please try to find alternated arrangements for your other children.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
