Welcome back! We hope everyone had a restful and enjoyable spring break! Thank you for helping to make the second term another great experience for students. Please review the information below for some details about the upcoming week.
- School Reopens, Mon., Mar. 27 – Welcome back! School reopens after Spring Break!
- Spirit Day: Throwback Thursday, Thurs., Mar. 30 – The Leadership Team invites you to participate in a spirit day wearing clothes from any previous decade.
- Hot Dog Hot Lunch, Thurs., Mar. 30 – Thank you to our PAC for organizing and offering hot lunches.
- Deadline to Order TCBY (frozen yogurt) Hot Lunch (for Apr. 5th), Thurs., Mar. 30 – A reminder that hot lunch meals must be pre-ordered online at Munch-a-Lunch.
- Yennadon Spring Cross Country Training for students in kindergarten to grade 7 is beginning Mon., April 3rd. A reminder that all primary students must have a parent/guardian accompany them every time they walk/run the circuit on our field. Cross country training participants meet Mrs. Sinow on Mondays and Wednesdays at 2:30 pm on the basketball court near the playgrounds. If your child is interested, please complete the permission form on parent portal.
- Student Learning Surveys – This year, parents do not need a logon code to access the online Student Learning Survey. Electronic surveying is available until April 28, 2023. The website to access the electronic survey is: http://www.bced.gov.bc.ca/sat_survey/access.htm. We request you please take 15 minutes of your time to fill this out. The more parents who complete these surveys, the higher quality of feedback we will receive. Your input is appreciated.
