Dear Yennadon Families,
Love is in the air this week as we see Valentine’s Day upon us. If you are planning to bring a treat to your child’s class, please check with the teacher to be sure that it is appropriate with dietary restrictions for some students. This Friday, the leadership team invites you to enter through the front doors of the main building (usual doors for the Annex and portables) at 8:25am for a morning welcome and fist bump from some leadership students, staff, and hopefully a few police officers from our local detachment. Please review the information below for some details about the upcoming week. A reminder there is no school for students next Monday and Tuesday, February 20th and 21st.
- Grade 8 Registration, February 2 to 17 – The Grade 8 Transfer Period opens at 12:00 noon on Thursday. All Grade 8 transfers (registrations) are done through the Parent Portal. In-District (Yennadon) students submit an Existing Student Transfer Request in the Grade 8 Transfer Period.
