Several classes made posters and have been having a blast in front of the school engaging community spirit on game days. We were delighted to meet next year’s Kindergarten students and their families at our Ready Set Kindergarten! Day. Welcome! The Grade 7 students who took part in MRE’s first trip to Quebec returned full of stories to share. The trip was a huge success! And finally, teamwork, resilience, and fitness were evident during our annual Track & Field event. Thank you to our community of educators who regularly go the extra mile to provide these meaningful learning opportunities for our students.

NEXT WEEK

Monday, May 20th

Statutory Holiday – School not in session

Tuesday, May 21st

Lockdown Awareness

Wednesday, May 22nd

All Day: Gr. 8 Day (Gr. 7 students)

9:00 am – Firedrill

10:00 am – 12:00 pm: Soccer Academy @ Westview SS (Div. 3, 4, & 5)

12:00 pm – 2:30 pm: Stave Lake – Power House (Div. 1/Gr.6)

Thursday, May 23rd

10:00 am – 12:00 pm: Soccer Academy @ Westview SS (Div. 6, 7, 8, 15 & 16)

Friday, May 24th

9:00 am – 12:45 pm: Eagle Acres Dairy Farm (Div. 12, 13, 19, 20 & 21)

9:00 am – 11: 00 am: Missy D French Theatre Performance (Intermediate Students)

1:00 pm – 2:00 pm: Volunteer Appreciation Event

PAC TCBY Snack Day (for those who ordered)

Grade 7 Leaving Event

The elementary school journey is ending soon for our Grade 7 students going off to high school!
