Use the link below:\u00a0 https:\/\/www.promoplace.com\/ablecrestinglimited\/sr\/1906824<\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n At check-out if you select \u201cship to default location\u201d<\/strong> that option will send the items to the school at no cost.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n PLYWOOD DONATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n Just in time for spring cleaning!\u00a0 Are you looking to get rid of a few things?<\/p>\n <\/p>\n MRE is planning a schoolwide project.\u00a0 Each student will paint a wooden hexagon with bright outdoor paint \u2013 something like the hearts on the fence in the photo below.\u00a0 The hexagon shapes show that we all fit together in our school community and will be hung on the fences at the school.<\/p>\n We are grateful to two MRE grandparents who have offered to cut and sand the shapes.\u00a0 This is a huge undertaking, as every student will paint a hexagon!<\/p>\n Beginning now, we are collecting clean, dry plywood<\/strong> remnants.\u00a0They need to be 3\/8\u201d think or thicker and at least 12\u201d square. MDF or OSB will not work for this project.<\/p>\n The plywood must be clean and dry – 3\/8″ thickness or thicker.<\/p>\n We are also looking for bright\u00a0outdoor<\/strong>\u00a0paint and primer.\u00a0 Remnants are fine.<\/p>\n Please drop any of these supplies off at the office area.<\/p>\n Many thanks!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n HOT LUNCHES <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n March 31- Snack Day- Booster Juice Smoothies<\/p>\n ORDERS NOW CLOSED<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n PROPOSED CALENDAR<\/strong><\/p>\n The proposed district school calendars for\u00a02023\/24, 2024\/25<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a02025\/26<\/strong><\/p>\n (Regular, Distributed Learning, and Kanaka Creek Elementary)\u00a0were presented to the Board of Education at the February 15, 2023, public meeting and are now out for public consultation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n To review the proposed calendars, visit\u00a0<\/strong>https:\/\/www.sd42.ca\/proposed-district-calendars\/<\/strong><\/a> <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The survey will be open from\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n February 16, 2023 <\/strong>to\u00a0March 18, 2023 (4:00 p.m.)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n All feedback will be reviewed by senior staff for possible revisions once public consultation concludes.
