HALLOWEEN FOOD DRIVE<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Grade 7 Leadership group would like to give a huge thank you to all of the people who donated to last week\u2019s Scare Hunger Food Drive. With your help, we were able to collect 390 food items and cash donations of $62.05. \u00a0Donations will be picked up by the Friends in Need food bank and will be used to help people in our community. Thanks, MRE!<\/p>\n

HEALTH AWARENESS<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are continuing to practice Health Awareness this year for everyone entering our school \u2013 this includes staff, students, and visitors. Health awareness includes checking regularly for any symptoms of illness (including, but not limited to,\u00a0COVID-19 symptoms<\/a>) and staying home if ill.<\/p>\n

SOCIAL MEDIA AWARENESS <\/strong><\/p>\n

ERASE is offering Student Sessions with Parents (after school hours) on Social Media Awareness.\u00a0 The sessions will cover online Social Media Awareness, Digital Footprints and\u00a0Cyberbullying.<\/strong>\u00a0 They will take place on November 15, 2022, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. \u00a0and November 30, 2022, 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

GRADE 7 LEAVING CEREMONY PLANNING MEETING<\/strong><\/p>\n

There will be a Grade 7 Leaving Ceremony planning meeting in the library from 6:00 \u2013 7:00 p.m. (before the PAC meeting) on November 14th.\u00a0 If you have a student in Grade 7 this year, you and your child are welcome to attend.<\/p>\n

You may be seeing some lovely Art Cards making their way home! This is a yearly fundraiser hosted by MRE PAC.\u00a0 Your child\u2019s artwork can be transferred to mugs, cards, phone cases, etc.<\/p>\n

If you would like to purchase items, place your order online and return the original artwork to school on or before November 9th<\/sup><\/p>\n
