Dear Laity View Families,<\/span><\/p>\n

Can you believe October is here already?\u00a0 The autumn days are getting shorter, but the air feels refreshing, and the evenings are cozy.\u00a0 Last Tuesday, the whole staff came together to talk about this year\u2019s school goals.\u00a0 Our staff is working hard to keep our students included, connected, and improving in literacy.\u00a0 A reminder there is no school on Monday due to Thanksgiving national holiday.\u00a0 Please review the information below for some details about the upcoming week.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Primary and Intermediate Playground Repairs<\/strong>:\u00a0 You may have noticed the fenced off areas on both the primary and intermediate playgrounds.\u00a0 A huge thank you to our PAC for their fundraising efforts to replace the net on the primary spider web structure and to repair some features (slide, climber, balance beam) on the intermediate playground structure.\u00a0 After these updates are complete, then a new feature is going to be installed on the south side of the intermediate playground.\u00a0 Here is a catalogue picture of this new feature:<\/span> Apollo with Floor<\/a>.\u00a0 The students are very excited!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Photo Expression Orders<\/strong>:\u00a0 Photo orders placed by October 13th<\/sup> will be delivered to the school with no shipping charge.\u00a0 Orders placed after October 13th<\/sup> will be delivered with the retake photo orders, also with no shipping charge.\u00a0 Photo retakes are scheduled for October 23rd<\/sup><\/strong>.\u00a0 After the last orders are delivered to our school, then any further photo orders are subject to shipping charges and are delivered to parents\u2019 homes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Laity View Team Colours<\/strong>:\u00a0 The leadership team is excited to announce our schoolwide team colours.\u00a0 We look forward to celebrating our school community and spirit with this initiative.\u00a0 Here are the team assignments:<\/span><\/p>\n
