To be able to drive for Field Trips at Kanaka Creek Elementary, please remember to do the following:<\/p>\n

  2. Fill out the “volunteer driver” form.<\/li>\n
  3. Click Here<\/a> to request your driving record from ICBC.<\/li>\n
  4. Print out your driving record.<\/li>\n
  5. Bring both forms to the office or to your child(ren)’s teacher.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
