So, thank you to all who made this possible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>From long summer days to a few precious during the school day, and after-school hours,\u00a0I need everybody to remember to play and don\u2019t ever stop playing. The saying goes, we don\u2019t stop playing because we get older, we get older because we forget to play.\u00a0\u00a0 Play is our brain&#8217;s favorite way of learning. Play is serious business.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After play, the second most important life lesson is that of showing gratitude. \u00a0There are studies that shows, the more grateful we can be, the better our mental health is.\u00a0 Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.\u00a0 So, if you ever feel down \u2013 think of something to be grateful for\u2026 and go and play\u2026.
