DESCRIPTION:Safer Space is a series of interactive workshops\, designed specifically for youth to better understand how to stay safe when using apps and social media. We discuss and define healthy and unhealthy relationships\, sextortion\, sexual exploitation and human trafficking\, digital footprints and permanency. Workshops are catered to specific needs as required. \nThis presentation will be shared with Gr 4-7 students on May 9: \nGrades 4/5: 9.30-10.30 am \nGrade 6/7: 11:00 am -12:00 pm \nIf you have any questions or concerns\, please connect with your child’s classroom teacher.

SUMMARY:Intermediate District Cross Country Event
DESCRIPTION:The Intermediate District Cross Country Race is rain or shine\, starting at approximately 3pm. at  \nthe Alouette Lake Day Area\, Golden Ears Park on May 9.   \nStart and end times for each race varies by grade. Historically\, the races run until around 3:15 – 4:45pm. \nParents are supervising their children during the race and are free to leave after their race is completed.  \nPlease see Mrs. Truc or Ms. Wadge before leaving the race location. \nPlease ensure your child has proper clothes and running shoes\, as well as something warm and dry to wear after the race.  \nIf your child has a Glenwood Grizzlies t-shirt\, they can wear that on race day.
