SUMMARY:Grade 6/7 Immunization - Spring 2022
DESCRIPTION:The Maple Ridge Public Health Unit will be coming back to our school to offer the grade 6 and grade 7 students their second round of immunizations.  The COVID 19 vaccine will not be provided as part of the Grade 6\, 7\, 9 and 10 immunization program. \nStudents with a signed consent form who are absent or refuse vaccine on the day of the clinic will be contacted by Public Health to attend a catch up clinic at the Public Health Unit.
