I hope this message finds everyone healthy and continuing to manage as well as possible. I just wanted to touch base with families before the weekend. Thank you for everyone\u2019s ongoing flexibility and support as our staff collectively works to keep the kids connected with some learning opportunities. Although this is not an ideal way to learn, there are definitely, some very creative virtual learning opportunities occurring. I even went on a virtual tour of the Recycling Centre with the Salmon Pod today! Please use these learning activities and materials in a manner that works best for your family context.\u00a0We really want to be a support during this crazy time and not place further pressures onto any family.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n If any family is still interested in accessing additional fun reading materials or math games they are now available on our\u00a0c\u0313\u0259sq\u0259nel\u0259\u200b\u00a0<\/strong>school website<\/strong>\u200b\u00a0under the\u200b\u00a0library tab<\/strong>. Online books like the\u200b\u00a0Pete the Cat<\/strong>\u00a0series and\u200b\u00a0Harry Potter at home activities<\/strong>\u00a0are all available in the\u00a0Online Resources<\/strong>\u00a0section on the right side of the screen under Literacy and Math tabs. A couple of websites require a password (most do not) – these are attached.<\/p>\n
