Dear Families,<\/p>\n

Just a few additional updates to help keep our first full week together at c\u0313\u0259sq\u0259nel\u0259 going well!<\/p>\n

  1. Thank you to the many families who have already returned the Yellow Student Information Verification Forms<\/strong>\u00a0that were sent home last week. Please\u00a0<\/strong>make any changes\u00a0directly on the form<\/strong> and return the signed forms to your child\u2019s teacher as soon as possible.<\/li>\n
  2. Classroom teachers have now begun to distribute planners ($7) to students grade two and higher. Consumable math work books ($5) will also be distributed to students grade three and higher. We ask that children return payment to their teacher as soon as possible to cover the cost for these items.<\/em><\/li>\n
  3. THIS Wednesday October 2nd<\/sup> is c\u0313\u0259sq\u0259nel\u0259\u2019s first Open House between 6 \u2013 7pm<\/strong>. We hope many families can drop by the school to meet classroom teachers and take a walk through our fabulous new facility! We will be selling our NEW school T-shirts at the Open House in the library for $12. You can download a copy of the order form by clicking on this link:<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We will also have additional copies and sample sizes in the library for any families who wish to purchase one.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Please be advised the Parent Advisory Council (PAC) has set up a Facebook page for our school in order to communicate certain events, fundraisers, and general information surrounding c\u2019usqunela Elementary. If you are a Facebook member, please visit the page link below and request to join (member question must be answered to be accepted)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      5. Our Individual Student Photo Day<\/strong>\u00a0is scheduled for Monday October 28th<\/sup><\/strong> so please plan clothing accordingly.<\/p>\n

      We are continuing to move towards using the District\u2019s Parent Portal as our primary method to communicate school updates. Most families are now signed up for the Parent Portal. I plan to discontinue with our mass email list soon.\u00a0 Please check your Parent Portal account if you are not receiving updates through the portal. <\/em><\/p>\n
