Dear Parents,<\/p>\n

Just a few updates to help us keep this week\u2019s school start up going well.<\/p>\n

  1. Yellow\u00a0Student Information Verification Forms <\/strong>are coming home with children today.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    For your child\u2019s safety, it is important that we have accurate contact and emergency information. Please take a moment to review all of the information on both sides of this form\u00a0and\u00a0<\/strong>make any changes\u00a0directly on the form<\/strong>. We ask that children return the signed forms to their teacher as soon as possible.<\/em><\/p>\n

    1. Classroom teachers have now begun to distribute planners and consumable math work books<\/strong> to students in Divisions 1 through 13. If your child is in grade two or higher<\/u><\/strong> (& Mrs. Franco\u2019s class) please send in a payment of $12<\/strong> to cover the cost of these items that your child will use this year. We ask that children return payment to their teacher as soon as possible.<\/em><\/li>\n
    2. Thank you to all parents driving in the school\u2019s parking lot today. Students were able to safely enter and exit the school property and traffic moved quite smoothly. There will continue to be limited parking until the Community Center construction is finished. We ask that families only park in dedicated park spaces and try to walk as much as possible. Most traffic congestion can be avoided by arranging drop off and pick up times to be 10 minutes before the morning bell, and 10 minutes after the afternoon bell.<\/li>\n
    3. Just a reminder that c\u0313\u0259sq\u0259nel\u0259\u2019s first Open House will be next Wednesday October 2nd<\/sup> from 6-7pm. This will be a great opportunity for parents to see our wonderful new school again. We will also be taking orders for c\u0313\u0259sq\u0259nel\u0259\u2019s school T-shirts ($12) at the front lobby!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
