Over the past few weeks\u2026 our grade 6\/7 classes have all been learning how to run a small business. They have products to sell and business plans to consider all the things a business owner would. Many of the classes will be visiting the Young Entrepreneur Show this Thursday. <strong><em>Please consider sending in a few dollars with your child(ren) to help support our budding young entrepreneurs!!!<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Only two more days to bring in cereal boxes for our<\/strong> <strong><u>Toonies for Tummy\u2019s &amp; Cereal Box Food Drive<\/u><\/strong>. All toonies and cereal boxes will be donated to the Friends in Need Food Bank. We are planning to arrange ALL the cereal boxes into a <strong>massive domino run that we will unleash at our school Gathering on Friday!!!!<\/strong> A link below shows one created down the school hallway of a school in NY.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=WRP7uRXlNec\">Domino run of donated cereal boxes from Upstate NY elementary kids<\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Our next PAC meeting will take place THIS Thursday, December 8th, 7pm at the school. All parents and guardians of c&#8217;usqunela students are members of the PAC and are encouraged to attend PAC meetings. Hope to see you at the last meeting of 2022!<\/li>\n<li>Lastly, the <strong>Albion Community Centre (ACC) has arranged for Maple Ridge\u2019s own softball Olympic bronze medalist Larissa Franklin<\/strong> to visit the ACC for a meet and greet tomorrow December 8<sup>th<\/sup> between 2:30-4pm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Mr. Wheatley<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Families, Just a reminder that \u2026..
