This update includes some important PAC information, a reminder that THIS Wednesday May 11<sup>th<\/sup> is a Pro-D Day, and there is an opportunity for older students to register for a babysitting course.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Pizza Day is this Monday May 9<sup>th<\/sup> for all students who ordered.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Just a reminder that THIS Wednesday May 11<sup>th<\/sup> is a District wide Pro-D so there is no school for students this Wednesday.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> PAC \u2018RAISE IT ON THE RIVER\u2019 Evening Event May on May 24<sup>th<\/sup>!<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The PAC is excited for our upcoming first ever Social Event at Kingfishers Waterfront Pub &amp; Grill! \u00a0Information cards have been sent home, if you haven\u2019t seen it yet please reach out to the PAC via email<strong>.\u00a0 Tickets go on sale this Monday May 9<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong>, payment will be taken via E-transfer to the PAC at: <a href=\"mailto:cusqunelafundraising@gmail.com\">cusqunelafundraising@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u2013 password for the transfer is: pac2021.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets are $60 per person and will be confirmed via email once received &amp; sold on a first come first served basis. This includes your admission to the event, door prize, welcome beverage, food throughout the course of the evening and your gratuity.\u00a0 (Additional personal beverage tabs for the evening are not included in this cost)<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy a night out with Live Music, Games, Auction, Door Prizes &amp; More!\u00a0 All proceeds will go directly to our Playground &#8211; we are very close and hope this will become a fabulous Christmas present for the kids!<\/p>\n<p>Come down and help us \u2018RAISE IT ON THE RIVER\u2019 \u2013 We can\u2019t wait to see you there!<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> PAC Coffee Orders! <\/strong>Please help us in raising funds for our playground with K9 Coffee Co. fundraiser from May 2nd to May 13th.\u00a0Pick up will be on Friday, May 27th at the school from 1:30 to 3:00pm.\u00a0To order, please go to the link below and order under fundraising section.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/munchalunch.com\/schools\/cusqunela\/\">https:\/\/munchalunch.com\/schools\/cusqunela\/<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>K9 Coffee is 100% organic certified coffee roasted fresh in Greater Vancouver, British Columbia<\/li>\n<li>Portion of all proceeds assist with the medical bills of retired Canadian Police Dogs<\/li>\n<li>$5 of $17 per bag, will go directly to help fund the new school playground<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>\u00a0<strong>Spin to Win with Wheelie THIS coming Thursday!<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Every Wednesday in May (except this week) after school the PAC will have a prize wheel at the school. It is $2 per spin to win a prize &amp; help raise funds for our Playground!<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Please join us for our production of\u00a0<strong><em>Beauty and the Beast Jr. <\/em><\/strong>Ticket forms were sent home with students. If you would like to request tickets please fill out the form and return to the school by May 9th, there will be 200 seats per show. Show dates are May 18<sup>th<\/sup>@ 1pm, May 18<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0@ 6pm,\u00a0May 19<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0@ 1pm, May 19<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0@ 6pm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tickets also available at door until sold out.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong>Red Cross Babysitting <\/strong><strong>Course Offered May 14th\u00a0 for\u00a0 ages 11 &#8211; 15\u00a0 <\/strong>Students learn how to care for younger children and how to prevent and respond to emergencies. Each student receives a Babysitter&#8217;s manual certificate\u00a0 $65\/student. This course is being offered at Fraserview Village, 22610 116 Ave, Maple Ridge. Pre-registration is required, please register online at 222.firstaidhero.com.
