Dear Families,<\/p>\n

Thank you to all families who helped their child(ren) wear pink shirts on Wednesday. It was a nice opportunity for our school to visibly emphasize the importance of kind words and kind actions towards each other!<\/p>\n

The next couple of weeks have a number of activities and important dates coming up. Please review the items below to ensure the week goes smoothly for your child(ren):<\/p>\n

  1. Today (Feb 24th<\/sup>) is the last day to enter orders for c\u0313\u0259sq\u0259nela\u2019s next treat day<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    DONUT <\/strong>\ud83c\udf69<\/strong> \u00a0day on March 1st!!! <\/strong>Please go to:<\/p>\n

    1. Student Inclusive Conferences are NEXT\u00a0 Week!!!<\/strong> Just a reminder that next Thursday March 3rd is an early dismissal day at 11:30am<\/strong> for students and there is no school for students on Friday March 4th<\/strong> to allow for term two conferencing. Please ensure you have been in contact with your child(ren)\u2019s classroom teacher to set up a conference time. We are looking forward to celebrating your child\u2019s successes, goals, and areas for further growth at these conferences.<\/li>\n
    2. Lost & Found Items will again be displayed all day at the front of the school during conference days next week. <\/strong>If you are missing a jacket, hoodie, or any other valuable clothing please come by to take a look NEXT Thursday and Friday (March 3rd & 4th).<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. PAC Auction Update\u2026.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      It is time for our second annual online auction! Last year\u2019s auction raised $12,500 for our playground, and we are hoping to match or surpass that amount this year. We are \u00a0very close to having 70% of the $115,000 needed to build our students a beautiful play structure.<\/p>\n

      There are two ways families can help with auction:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Donate new items to help make up gift baskets to be auctioned (details here)<\/a><\/li>\n
      2. Request a letter at\u00a0cusqunelafundraising@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0and approach businesses for donations to be auctioned off.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        As always, we appreciate your ongoing support in the quest for a playground.<\/p>\n

        1. The next PAC meeting will be held over Zoom on Thursday, March 3rd<\/sup>at 7:00pm. All families are welcome and encouraged to attend. The Zoom link has been sent to all families. If you did not receive the link, please phone the office and we can resend it to you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
