  1. Health & Safety Reminder<\/strong>\u2026 There still seems to be a few covid cases floating around in the local community right now. To help ensure that our wonderful school remains as healthy as possible I am again asking that all families continue to diligent with their daily health checks to ensure children are feeling well prior to coming to school.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Daily health checks:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Students will continue to be required to complete daily health checks, stay home when feeling sick and practice diligent hand hygiene. Students cannot remain in classrooms if they are not feeling well.<\/p>\n

    The\u00a0K to 12 Health Check website<\/a>\u00a0and app can help kids and parents decide if their child should attend school based on their symptoms. Encourage parents to bookmark the\u00a0health check website<\/a>\u00a0or download the apps for\u00a0iPhone\/iPad iOS<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0Android devices<\/a><\/p>\n

    1. Thank you to all families that sent their children wearing orange T-shirts this week to visibly support the message that every child matters! It was great to see a sea of orange all around the school.<\/li>\n
    2. Don\u2019t forget that\u2026. this Thursday is the Provincial Truth and Reconciliation Day and Friday October 1st<\/sup> is a District Wide Non-Instructional Day. There is no school for students this Thursday or Friday.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. The Maple Ridge Family Support and Education Center has released their fall program guide and there is a number of great programs for parents and families. The electronic brochure is here for easy reference.<\/a><\/li>\n
    4. PAC Fundraising Update!<\/strong> Please help us in raising funds with Global Coffee Fundraiser for our school<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
