The Maple Man

The department of French is offering a cultural presentation, The Maple Man. René Turmel is a great presenter. He talks about French culture. He shows a well made video of how maple syrup was made in the past how it is made now. He plays violin and wooden spoons. He has the children participate too. The best part comes at the end when everybody gets a taste of the maple syrup taffy.
